The authors focus on the historical experience of this process, emphasizing the main stages of the country's socio-cultural development and social changes. The article examines and reviews the works of foreign and domestic scientists. By analyzing the literature on social consent, the article identifies the most important problems of modern Kazakhstani society and presents mechanisms for further consolidation and development of social consent.
