Michal Dittrich, Tomáš Křivka ... [et al.]. 1. vyd. Plzeň : Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2024. ISBN 978-80-261-1257-0. S. 118-130.The authors focus on the contractual regulation of property relations between spouses and their questionable rule between future spouses. According to the legislation in force, spouses are allowed to contractually modify the legal scope of the community of property. However, the very institute of a „prenuptial agreement“ is still absent in the legal order of the Slovak Republic. This paper aims to analyse the current legal regulation of property relations between spouses within the framework of legal possibilities and in the light of comparison with the Czech legislation. The authors also point out de lege ferenda considerations in the context of the forthcoming recodification of private law in the Slovak Republic.sk© vydavateľinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessmajetkové vzťahybezpodielové spoluvlastníctvo manželovmarital propertymanželské zmluvyK zmluvnej úprave majetkových vzťahov medzi manželmi v podmienkach Slovenskej republikyOn the contractual regulation of property relations between spouses in the Slovak RepublicArticle
