    Recenzovaný zborník vedeckých prác reflektuje aktuálne environmentálne výzvy, rastúce spoločenské očakávania v oblasti udržateľnosti a prechod od lineárneho k cirkulárnemu ekonomickému modelu. Predstavuje jeden z výstupov projektu VEGA 1/0479/23 zameraného na výskum cirkulárne orientovaného spotrebiteľského správania v kontexte STP marketingového modelu. Príspevky v zborníku sa venujú analýze spotrebiteľského správania, trhovej segmentácie a determinantov environmentálne zodpovedného rozhodovania, ako aj podnikovým prístupom k udržateľnosti, ESG a nefinančnému vykazovaniu. Súčasťou sú aj širšie makroekonomické, finančné a inštitucionálne súvislosti udržateľného rozvoja. Zborník má multidisciplinárny charakter a prináša nové empirické zistenia, metodologické prístupy a interpretačné rámce, ktoré prispievajú k rozvoju teoretických poznatkov a podporujú ich praktické uplatnenie v podnikovej praxi a pri tvorbe verejných politík.

    Scientia Iuventa 2024 reflected contemporary doctoral research in areas as Tourism, Business Economics and Management, Finance and Public Economics and Politics and not only here in Slovakia, but also abroad. The conference created space for multidisciplinarity and mutual inspiration and getting know new and unknown. Scientia Iuventa became a platform where young people reveal their talent, move their research forward by gained advices and also add their value added to the scientific knowledge. The output of the conference is the Proceedings of scientific papers from the international scientific conference.

    It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference of Doctoral Students and Young Scientists – Scientia Iuventa 2025. This year marks the twentieth occasion on which doctoral students and young researchers have had the opportunity to present the results of their scientific work at this conference. The event was organized by the Centre for Research and Development of Doctoral Students in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Scientia Iuventa 2025 reflected contemporary doctoral research in the fields of Tourism, Business Economics and Management, Finance, and Public Economics and Politics, both in Slovakia and abroad. The conference created a space for multidisciplinarity, mutual inspiration, and the discovery of new perspectives. Over time, Scientia Iuventa has developed into a platform where young researchers can demonstrate their talent, enhance their research through valuable feedback, and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
