    The scientific monograph of a research character extends the scientific (theoretical-research) platform with knowledge about organization supervision and models of organization supervision and thus creates a comprehensive concept of organization supervision. Based on the identified research findings, the aim was also to develop models of organization supervision that are realistically used in supervision practice, and then to conceptualize these findings for the field of supervision in social work. Based on the research conducted, the authors were able to create 4 models of organizational supervision: 1) Organizational supervision focused on evaluating the quality of Services 2) Organizational supervision as a guide in the process of change 3) Organizational supervision focused on the problém identified in the organization 4) Organizational supervision as a helping method in the development of the organization.
