Abstrakt
It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference of Doctoral Students and Young Scientists – Scientia Iuventa 2025. This year marks the twentieth occasion on which doctoral students and young researchers have had the opportunity to present the results of their scientific work at this conference. The event was organized by the Centre for Research and Development of Doctoral Students in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
Scientia Iuventa 2025 reflected contemporary doctoral research in the fields of Tourism, Business Economics and Management, Finance, and Public Economics and Politics, both in Slovakia and abroad. The conference created a space for multidisciplinarity, mutual inspiration, and the discovery of new perspectives. Over time, Scientia Iuventa has developed into a platform where young researchers can demonstrate their talent, enhance their research through valuable feedback, and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
