dc.description.abstractPedagogical work in folklore ensembles, in educational and leisure environments is a complex process, requiring a system and interconnection of experience, skills and professional education in several areas. In this paper we describe selected aspects of the process, from the pedagogical training of teachers, music and dance educators, for the preparation of children and young people, performers – future artists, to the creation of a work of art and its revival on stage. The psychological aspects of the above-mentioned phenomena broaden didactic and artistic perspectives.
