| dc.description.abstract | This article analyses the growing importance of cybersecurity within contemporary international relations. It focuses on cyber threats as a novel challenge to state sovereignty and emphasizes the need to integrate cybersecurity into global security strategies. The study applies a descriptive-analytical method, historical-comparative analysis, and case studies of recent cyberattacks. Particular attention is paid to the legal vacuum in cyberspace and the lack of universally accepted international norms. The findings confirm that cybersecurity is a fundamental component of both national and collective security, requiring a comprehensive, coordinated, and multilateral approach. | |
