Abstrakt

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted societies all around the world. Currently, almost a year after the pandemic's conclusion, it is obvious that this period of adversity created changes that prevail. The main aim of this paper was to explore these changes and outline future trends in consumer behavior. The findings of this research are based on a survey conducted on a representative sample of consumers from the selected country. This method for collecting and processing data enabled the results to be based solely on consumers’ opinions and experiences. According to the data, the main aspect of consumer behavior that prevailed is the online shopping and preference for food delivery. The phenomenon that was important during the pandemic but disappeared completely was the preference for shopping unaccompanied.
