Abstrakt
This paper addresses the current challenges that artificial intelligence (AI) brings to the field of law. AI offers significant efficiency in processing legal information and facilitates routine tasks, thereby creating space for deeper interpretation and strategic decision-making by lawyers. At the same time, it entails serious risks, such as inaccurate outputs, limited explainability, issues with data quality, and threats to personal data protection. For this reason, every use of AI must be accompanied by human oversight and clear accountability, which has direct implications for the future of legal professions and legal education.
