The paper raises some questions about the conceptualization of informal learning in the context of andragogical theory and practice. The basis of the concept of lifelong learning processes refers to docility – the teachability of a person as his learning potential, which can be realized in a biodromal context. Docility has its manifestations in the learning processes of an adult, but also specific tools of andragogical support. Informal adult learning is a space in which it is possible to intervene andragogically (e.g., through individual learning accounts, counselling) and improve the learning potential of adults.
